For customized packaging: 500 PCS
For normal packaging which we are producing regularly: 175 PCS/Pallet
2. Can you do the customized logo on product ?
Yes, we can do the laser etched logo based on client's requirements.
3. What's the sample lead time?
For regular product samples, the sample lead time is 3-5 days.
For OEM product samples: Design-2~3 days; Prototype-4~5 days.
4. What kind of trade terms can you offer?
All trade terms are available, including to door service like DDU, DDP.
5. What's the production lead time ?
Ready to ship in around 30~45 days after receiving confirmed orders.
6. How the quality is guaranteed?
We have 100% check for key procedures: Life cycle test, load test, impact test. For those customers who do not arrange inspection, we can also send them our internal inspection reports.
7. What is your after-sale service?
All the after-sale problems will be solved on mutual friendly communication. If there's any quality problem to the products, we shall compensate a set of new one to client as replacement.
8. Do you have OEM and ODM service?
Yes, we have professional R&D team and are dedicated in developing good design and quality products.
